Certified Personal Trainer & Boot Camp Instructor

Terence Hendricks is a Certified Personal Trainer and a martial artist with 14 years in the fitness industry and 11 years as a Certified Personal Trainer. Terence has developed and taught weight loss classes at 24 Hour Fitness and has created and implemented fitness and weight loss programs for companies such as California Family Fitness, Lake Ridge Fitness and Kaiser Health Care. Terence continues to educate and promote health and fitness to individuals and groups of all sizes. Clients have seen phenomenal results!

Terence holds 5 different personal training certifications and has an athletic background in football, wrestling, basketball, and track and field. Terence currently practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has has won Brazillian Jiu Jitsu Championships. Certifications include NCSF (National Council on Strength and Fitness), NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist), APEX, TRX Suspension Training, and DOT FIT Nutrition. Terence believes that with the proper application, the body can accomplish anything.

Our Passions include sharing the knowledge and science behind nutrition and exercise. We have helped thousands change their lives and become healthier. True Fitness Boot Camp was created to inspire individuals to become healthier, manage their weight, accomplish their mental, and physical fitness goals. 

True Fitness Boot Camp will strengthen the mind and body. We believe in having fun while creating challenging workouts that push our clients to improve their fitness levels, mental alertness, and personal health. We believe with the proper application, the body can accomplish anything. We use different  fitness techniques to deliver great results.

These techniques produce a stronger core, balance, more stability, agility, and muscular strength. Our exercises include a combination of multi planar training, functional and dynamic training, periodization, isometrics and other fitness training concepts. True Fitness Boot Camp will help to improv
