Our vision is to provide a fun and unique fitness boot camp that helps individuals achieve long term success while providing them with great support and dedication. True Fitness Boot Camp will enable you to lose those unwanted pounds, build lean muscle, and improve your overall health and appearance. You will be completely revitalized by our program!
True Fitness Boot Camp is not your typical Boot Camp. We will unleash the athlete in you! Participants will work the entire body while improving strength, balance, stability, core, agility, and their cardiovascular system all in one work out. Our unique approach to exercise includes safe and structured programs that can be completed in one hour for a fraction of the cost when compared to most gym memberships.
